DUBLIN

Guinness, Hop House & Orchard's Thieves...the luck of the Irish, oh they have it all!

At the Temple Bar Pub

Dublin, the capital of Ireland. Whilst you're here you can visit Trinity College University, the famous Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, St Patrick's Cathedral, Ha'Penny Bridge, and the home of both the Jameson Distillery and Guinness Storehouse Factory, and much much more!

Trinity College University

Dublin has increasingly become a popular destination for students, and the place of choice these days seems to be Trinity College University. Widely considered as one of Europe's elite institutions, Trinity College is Ireland's most prestigious university. Whilst you're here you may enter into the Old Library and the Book of Kells; it costs €18 but it was once part of the film set for Harry Potter!

Temple Bar

Ireland is well known for some great alcohol including the famous Guinness and Hop House beer, Orchard Thieves cider, and Jamesons whisky. Anyway, what better place to try one of these than the Temple Bar Pub! Located in the Temple Bar district, a busy riverside neighbourhood, spread over cobbled pedestrian lanes. All of these crowded pubs host live folk music and DJ sets. But the Temple Bar Pub itself is probably the most Instagrammable pub in the area - but be aware, 1 beer can cost you almost €9!

The Guinness Storehouse Factory

The Guinness Storehouse Factory hosts 7 floors; from the bottom to the top you'll learn all about the Story of Guinness, and the genius behind the beer, Arthur Guinness. You'll visit the Tasting Experience, Guinness World of Advertising, the Guinness Academy, learn about their Restaurants, and finally, the best until last, the Gravity Bar where you'll be able to taste a proper pint of the black and white stuff! The Storehouse is open: Monday to Thursday: 10:00-17:00, Friday and Saturday: 09:30-18:00 and Sunday: 09:30-17:00. Visit now for just €26!

Dublin for a day - maybe I'll be back some day.

I'm looking forward to the next trip! Where's your next destination?
