BECOME A PILOT

First of all I can tell you how to become a pilot, but what I need to tell you is what is required of you. Deciding to have a career as a pilot is not a decision which should be taken lightly, a lot of thought needs to go into this, because it can be a very risky and expensive investment! My recommendation to you is to firstly see if you are medically fit and healthy to become a pilot. You need to be able to obtain a Class 1 Medical certificate, and without this I'm afraid it's game over. This is a medical test which every pilot around the world needs to take every year. Once you pass this you're golden! Next comes the most difficult and challenging part for me, financing it. Most pilot training costs between £60,000-£120,000 so this is a huge investment! Either after some help, working hard, or a loan from a bank, you will then be ready to choose your flight school.
